By purchasing this ticket/wristband you accept the See Tickets Terms of Purchase, and the See Tickets Privacy Policy, as acknowledged during the purchase process. See Tickets is not the seller of this ticket/wristband and shall have no responsibility for any refund or exchange.

The holder hereof voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event, including bodily injury and death, whether occurring before, during, or following the event. The holder releases Happy Ending Productions, HEP Event LLC, and SweetWater Brewing Co., venue, promoters, participants, organizers, See Tickets, and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, partners, employees, service providers and representatives from any claims related to, arising out of or incidental to the event or the holder’s presence thereat.

Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering these premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. You are assuming this risk by entering these premises. Due to the ever-changing nature of the COVID-19 situation, the event reserves the right to require negative tests within a specific time frame, proof of full vaccination, and/or other safety measures, including masks, as it deems necessary. Such measures will be evaluated and communicated closer to the event date. You accept any such requirements as a term of entry and understand there will be no refunds for non-compliance or personal preference of COVID-19 requirements. Admission may be revoked without refund for non-compliance.

This ticket/wristband is a revocable license to enter the venue at the date and time listed on the front hereof. Happy Ending Productions, HEP Event LLC, and management reserves the right, without the obligation to provide a full or partial refund, to refuse entry to or eject any person for any reason deemed necessary in the sole discretion of management for the safe and orderly operation of the event (including disorderly, vulgar or abusive conduct) or for the enforcement of policies applicable to the event (including these terms or other posted policies).

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND PERMITTED BY MANAGEMENT OF THE EVENT.

ARTISTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. EVENT DATE AND TIME ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

TICKET/WRISTBAND WILL NOT BE REPLACED IF LOST, STOLEN, MUTILATED, OR DESTROYED UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY AGREED BY MANAGEMENT. TICKET/WRISTBAND/RACE BIB IS NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH.

If purchasing for the festival, you will receive a festival wristband, not a physical ticket. The wristband is your ticket to enter into the festival. Wristbands are not removable; please do not put it on prior to arriving at the festival. You will be notified when your wristband is shipped to you. If your wristband was not shipped to you, you will pick it up at will call during festival Box Office hours.

Resale and/or transfer of the ticket/wristband are prohibited and any such resale and/or transfer is void to the maximum extent allowed by applicable laws. Any unauthorized resale and/or transfer may result in cancellation of the ticket/wristband and/or refusal of entry to the holder hereof without refund.

Tickets/wristbands not obtained directly from the primary seller (i.e., management of the event) may be lost, stolen, counterfeit or invalid and will be void and holder assumes all risks of purchasing a ticket/wristband/race bib other than directly from the primary seller (i.e., management of the event), including being excluded from the event without refund. In the event that applicable laws prohibit prohibition on resale and/or transfer of the ticket/wristband,maximum resale restrictions may apply. Reproduction or counterfeiting of this ticket/wristband is prohibited. This ticket/wristband/race bib may not be used for commercial purposes.

The holder consents to the use of his or her image, likeness, actions and statements in connection with any recorded audio, photograph, video or other publication of the event. Certain items may be prohibited by the policies of management, venue, promoters, participants or organizers. The holder consents to any potential on-site searches (including upon entry to the event) for any prohibited items and the seizure of such items if found. In case of seizure, such items shall not be returned.

In the event of cancellation, ticket face value will be refunded to the original method of purchase less any service fees and/or applicable shipping fees. Service fees are non-refundable.

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and inconsideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Sweetwater 420 Fest 5K, Happy Ending Productions, HEP Event LLC, SweetWater Brewing Co., the City of Atlanta, all event sponsors, Runners Fit, event volunteers, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE “SWEETWATER 420 FEST” SITE. By using the “SWEETWATER 420 FEST” website, you signify your agreement to these terms of use (“Terms of Use”). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the “SWEETWATER 420 FEST” website. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. Please check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the “SWEETWATER 420 FEST” website following the posting of these Terms of Use changes will mean that you accept those changes.
